Aurelon To Release Signalize! 4.1New version supports additional devices for calibration and output
Changes in version 4.1 include support for new spectrophotometers, new printer drivers and new file format plugins. The upcoming version will support the GretagMacbeth EyeOne, Avantes Spectrocam and Epson Native Screening. Version 4.1 also includes a completely revised production dialog for easier tiling, job nesting and scatter proofing. Other enhancements include:
- Black point compensation;
- TCP/IP for all drivers on Mac;
- D-max ink limit;
- Automatic gray balance;
- Additional file format support (TIFF-IT and TIFF G3/G4);
- New drivers included (Agfa Sherpa, Creo-Scitex Iris, HP10/20/50PS).
Signalize! Graphic Software includes Signalize! Calibrator, an application for measuring n-Color Engine Fingerprints and applying ICC profiles. Signalize! Calibrator comes as a free version for attaching linearizations to ICC profiles and optionally in a Pro configuration that let's the user create Press Fingerprints and Desktop Fingerprints and apply and edit ICC profiles. Signalize! supports 165 inkjet printers, thermal transfer devices, vinyl cutters and hybrid print/cut machines. Also included are hotfolder technology, FireWire support and file output drivers for Nur, Vutek and Zund. The software is scheduled for release May 1.
