Audio Impressions teams with VisionDAW to roll-out their DVZ-Powered STRINGS libraryDeveloped by an award winning composer (July 24, 2007)
Ais RT-STRINGS feature 70 of Londons finest (18 Violins I, 16 Violins II, 14 Violas, 12 Celli and 10 Basses) arranged in a ?real world number of instruments per section that can be selected in any combination. All articulations and playing styles are readily available for each instrument without reloading samples or key-switching using a single intuitive interface.
Ais patented DVZ ?divisi process prevents notes from stacking up as chords are played for natural orchestral balance, while their patent-pending SPACE process simulates room and spot microphone bleed for continuous control over individual player placement on a virtual soundstage in real time, 7.1 Surround Sound and up to 192 kHz sample rates.
According to Carl Marinoff, Ais Marketing Director, this system is fully scalable.
To play all of the sounds at once in the library requires only 3 Apple Mac Pros or Intel Pentium IV PCs (2 GHz or faster) at 44.1-48 kHz. Now youre able to go from composing music in the studio to performing live theatrical-stage productions by simply adding computers for higher audio resolutions.
A software only version of Ais REALTIME STRINGS, DVZ-RT, SPACE, on a single USB drive will also be available for $3,499 US.
