ATLANTA (AP) ' Dozens of police officers are marching into an Atlanta park, leading away some Occupy Wall Street protesters who have been ordered to leave their encampment or be arrested.
About 50 protesters have locked arms early Wednesday in the center of Woodruff Park, refusing to leave and willing to be arrested.
The protesters are continuing to chant slogans. Police are leading people out to waiting buses.
Hovering helicopters are shining spotlights on the park.
Like in many American cities, protesters had camped out to rally against what they see as corporate greed and a wide range of other economic issues.
