Arrow Systems

Architectural drawings require arrow systems showing the span of specific horizontal framing members. In this case, we have CJ (ceiling joists), FJ(floor joists) and RR(roof rafters). It is also traditional that a different style of arrowhead is used for each of these types of framing members.

These lisps draw a line from a first selected point to a second selected point, insert arrowheads at the ends and insert typical text above and parallel to the first drawn line. The lisp searches for text and arrowheads (now attached) in a specific area on my machine.

You'll have to modify the search path as required. Also note that arrows and text have been through several revisions.
