SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/31/12 -- Aria Systems, the leading provider of cloud billing and subscription management solutions, today announced several significant, new capabilities for the Aria Salesforce.com Connector, which build upon the combined strengths of the Aria Subscription Billing Platform and the Salesforce CRM platform to make it easier for businesses to manage their recurring revenue and the entire subscriber lifecycle.
The Aria Salesforce.com Connector enables Salesforce CRM users to access Aria Systems' easy-to-use subscription management capabilities while leveraging the power of Salesforce.com. This combined solution builds on and extends Aria Systems' current integration with Salesforce.com to deliver real-time, automatic synchronization of account and entitlement information; replication between Aria Systems and Salesforce.com products; customer activity tracking from initial quote through inbound revenue; subscription management and more.
The enhanced Aria Salesforce.com Connector includes:
- Improved user interface (UI) and workflow, which provides users with more intuitive management functions in Salesforce; better representation of Aria Platform plans in Salesforce and consistency between Salesforce rules and Aria Platform rules.
- Improved quote creation, which enables users to develop quotes for new and existing accounts; set up quote versioning and emailing; create custom rates and select alternate rate structures; plan relationships and calculate MRR/ARR on quotes.
- Improved plan and service management, which allows users to change the quantity/rates of purchased plans and delete and upgrade plans.
