Appligent Releases AppendPDF Pro 3.0

Appligent has released AppendPDF Pro 3.0, an application for working with PDF documents. AppendPDF allows users to assemble sections from PDF documents to build new versions with personalized features. It's available now.

AppendPDF Pro 3.0 allows any PDF file to be automatically built and customized with custom information. The new version offers support for XML for creating parameter files, which control the operation of the application. It also supports the linearization of PDF for viewing the first page of a PDF document while it is still being downloaded. Other features include support for 40- and 128-bit encryption and the ability to set user permissions on PDF documents.

AppendPDF Pro 3.0 is a server-based application that runs from a command line and can be integrated with other Appligent utilities, such as StampPDF Batch, FDFMerge and SecurSign. It's available now for Mac OS X, Windows, Solaris, Red Hat Linux, AIX and HP-UX. It sells for $3,995.
