Gary Kayye is a big fan of the CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association) show, and attends it every year. Here are his picks for the best of the best from this year's exhibition.
Best Booth: TIs DLP booth
Best Booth Location: Sony -- However, they had one of the worst booth layouts. It was virtually impossible to navigate and product labeling was horrible. Finally, did anyone from Sony work in the booth?
Best Seminar Presenter: Mike Weems of NetStreams
Best Booth Presentation: D-Tools terribly small seating area, but great presentation on the product.

Best New Projector: (tie) Sonys new SXRD 1080p Home Theater projector and Sim2s Domino 55M rear screen projector.
Best New Audio Products: NADs new Masters Series of Amplifiers, Surround Sound Processors and Digital Disc Player.
Best New Video Product: (tie) AMXs new MAX AV line of video and audio servers for the home and DVIGears long-length DVI/HDMI cables (up to 62 meters!).
Best New HomeAV Networking Product: NetStreams DigiLinX Audio over IP system.
Overall Most Creative New Product: Runcos Anamorphic Lens system known as AutoScope.
Best Show Uniforms: CEDIA Staff very professionally dressed
Worst Show Uniforms: Stampedes Western Wear
Best Booth Giveaway: Boston Acoustics In-wall speaker pick (dont know what it is? Too bad, its awesome!)
Easiest Booth to Find: Runco
Hardest booths to Find: Anyone in the RCA Dome or the Marriott Ballrooms yes there were exhibits over at the Marriott Ballroom on the 2nd floor. Am I wrong in assuming we are all extremely happy we will not be back in Indy in a while?
Best Breakfast: Starbucks in the Marriott
Best Lunch: Nothing in that convention center was any good for lunch
Best Dinner: Bertolinis Italian Restaurant
