Alias to Participate at Imagina 2005

Entire Alias France team will be present at the event (January 28, 2005)

Alias, the world's leading innovator of 3D graphics technology, will be participating very actively at this years Imagina festival. To begin with, Alias will have a stand at the Forum Grimaldi.

The entire Alias France team will be present at the event, as will several international managers from both sides of the Atlantic: - Mark Pammenter, Director for Entertainment Products EMEA - Rob Hoffman, Product Marketing Manager for Maya and MotionBuilder - Geoff Foulds, Industry Marketing Manager for Games.

The Alias managers at Imagina will be available for one-to-one interviews with journalists. To facilitate these meetings, Mark Pammenter and Rob Hoffman will be on the stand on Thursday3 February from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm to talk respectively about the companys strategy and development perspectives for Maya and Motion Builder. Geoff Foulds will be on the stand on Friday 4 February from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm to talk about the companys strategy in the video games sector. Patrice Paradis, Alias France, will be on the stand at these times to complement the interviews with demos of the latest versions of Maya and Motion Builder.


Please note as well that Geoff Foulds will be the moderator of the panel discussion entitled ?Worlds in collision? Story vs. graphics in cinematic gaming, which will take place from 4.15 pm to 5.30 pm on Friday February 4th. Alias is also co-sponsoring (with Hewlett Packard) a special gala evening to celebrate the 10th anniversary of DreamWorks, on Friday February 4th, beginning at 6.15 pm. In fact, Alias representatives will have the honor of opening the festivities.
