'After Porn Ends' Directed by Bryce Wagoner Is the #1 Documentary Download on iTunes(May 29, 2012)
LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/29/12 -- The fascinating new documentary "After Porn Ends" (www.afterpornends.com) directed by Bryce Wagoner is currently the #1 documentary download on iTunes, and #31 movie download overall. The revealing film examines the life and careers of some of the biggest names in the history of the adult entertainment industry and the ups and downs of what happens to them after they leave the business and attempt to resume "normal" lives.
Produced by Christopher Mallick -- founder of the groundbreaking film company Oxymoron Entertainment -- along with Andy Weiss and Susan Dynner, the film is now available via On Demand Release by Gravitas Ventures, reaching 100 million households. The film is also available now for purchase on Amazon and Vudu, and will be released on DVD August 21. The film is also a centerpiece feature at this year's Hollywood Fringe film festival in June.
On Sunday, June 3, two of the film's featured interviewees Mary Carey and Shelley Lubben will take part in "Porn Stars for Puppies (and Cats, too!)" -- a special dog and cat adoption in partnership with L.A. Animal Rescue to help deserving animals find homes.
