After Effects plugin: BORIS UPREZSimple steps to scaling your video
It's part of the Boris Continuum Unit plugins - you can find the complete list on their website (www.borisfx.com). Although it's a very simple plugin, it's EASY and at $99, it's a very affordable way to finesse some of the smaller resolution footage into your newer, high rez comps.
NOTE: If your smaller sized footage was garbage, well - it does a pretty good job of scaling up the garbage along with the other information in those pixels. In much of the older digitally shot video, there are compression artifacts that get scaled along with everything else....
Below is a QuickTime walkthrough of the basics that you can achieve with this plugin. It's effortless - and that's what makes UPREZ a handy plugin to have in your effects arsenal.
