Adobe Launches New Service ProgramExpert Support targeted toward creative professionals
AES offers three levels of support: Product Expert, Solution Expert and Solution Expert for Workgroups. I had a chance to talk to Adobe about the new options, and the company said the service is geared toward the needs of creative pros, including users of Acrobat, After Effects, GoLive, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere. It offers more knowledgeable support personnel, according to the company, and extended evening and weekend hours. (The service is available Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific Time and Saturday 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
Adobe Expert Support is available in the United States and Canada. Product Expert provides answers on a single Adobe product and can be purchased on a per incident basis for $39 or on an annual basis for $159. Solution Expert covers multiple Adobe products and can be purchased on an annual basis for $299. And Solution Expert for Workgroups covers multiple products for three users and can be purchased on an annual basis for $399, with the option to add additional team users for $99 each.
