Abunassar's IMPACT Basketball Las Vegas Hosts' Competitive Training Series Presented by The Venetian Resort~Hotel~Casino, Sept 12 Sept 23, 2011 for Over 60 NBA Players(September 11, 2011)

Joe Abunassar and Impact Basketball, the worlds leader in basketball training and development will host an unprecedented training and competition series presented by The Venetian Resort~Hotel~Casino, in Las Vegas, Sept 12th Sept 23rd. Over 60 NBA players will attend to train and play competitive games each day. Games will be held Monday through Thursday during the week of September 12th and Monday through Friday the week of September 19th. After the conclusion of daily skills and performance workouts the competitive games will be conducted at 1:30, 3:30, 5:30, and 7:30 pm. Watch the games LIVE, IMPACT Basketball will be live streaming via Internet TV Worldwide, with access by computer, tablet, SmartPhone or iPhone.
This will be an amazing two weeks for all of us NBA players who have been working and training hard all summer to get together and have a chance to really get after it on the court against some of the best players in the league. I have trained with Joe for fourteen years and Impact continues to be the worlds elite place to train and improve your game. This will be a great two weeks for everyone Chauncey Billups said.
Top players that will participate include Chauncey Billups, John Wall, Rashard Lewis, Mo Williams, Kyle Lowry, Jermaine ONeal, Corey Maggette, Zach Randolph, and Stephen Jackson. Many of the 2011 Draft picks will also participate including Derrick Williams, Iman Shumpert and Kawhi Leonard.

This will be an experience of a lifetime for our Impact Academy students; everything we do at Impact is built from our experiences of training great pros and all-stars over the past fifteen years. This will certainly enhance our entire program for all of our athletes continued Abunassar.

Below is a list of players to participate in the Impact Basketball Training Series in Las Vegas. Please be advised that, though most players will participate in the entire two week training and competitive series, some players will not attend every day due to previously scheduled engagements.
Impact is expecting additional commitments over the next few days and the roster of players will be updated daily.

ADDRESS & DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Impact Basketball is located within the Sports Center multi-use facility off 121 East Sunset Road Las Vegas, NV 89119-3518. If using a GPS please be sure to enter Las Vegas as the city, some rental car GPSs send you to Henderson, NV. Impact Basketball is less than 10 minutes from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.
From The Strip:
Head SOUTH on Las Vegas Blvd. Turn LEFT at Sunset Road. The facility is on the right.
From North Las Vegas:
Take 15 South. Exit Russell Road and turn LEFT. Turn RIGHT on Las Vegas Blvd. Turn LEFT on Sunset Road and the facility is on the right.
From South Las Vegas/Henderson:
Take 215 West to Exit 11/Las Vegas Blvd. Turn RIGHT on Las Vegas Blvd. Turn RIGHT on Sunset Road. The facility is on the right.
Games will take place at 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 7:30 pm each day Sept 12-15 and Sept 19-21. Playoffs will take place Thursday September 22nd with a championship game to be played on Friday, September 23rd. Impact Basketball will post links to updated schedules and rosters on http://www.impactbball.com. Team rosters and schedule are subject to change at any time.
To obtain credentials for IB1 please fill out the form below and FAX the form to (702) 257-9411 or email Jason(at)impactbball(dot)com. Credentials will be held at the Media Will Call just inside the main entrance of the Impact Basketball training facility (Northwest corner of Sports Center Complex facing Las Vegas Blvd & Sunset Road). Credentials will not be mailed and passes are limited to working media only. Approval is granted at Impact Basketball discretion and the right to carry a credential may be revoked at anytime.

There will not be a land line phone bank available for media use but there are phones available inside Impact Basketballs offices in the case of an emergency.
PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS
To allow both athletes and fans an unobstructed experience photographers and videographers will be limited to a designated space on the playing court level. Information on this location will be provided to all media personnel upon receiving the approved credential.
There is numerous public parking available outside of the Sports Center /Impact Basketball complex.

The purpose of ICSL is to provide NBA players a fun environment to continue to advance their summer training. Select players will be available for interviews POSTGAME in the designated spaces. No press will be allowed into the morning individual workout sessions without the consent of Joe Abunassar and the players agent. The locker room area will be unavailable to media.

Impact Basketball appreciates your interest in covering the IMPACT BASKETBALL COMPETITIVE TRAINING SERIES VOLUME 1. IMPACT BASKETBALL reserves the right to grant or refuse media access. The requesting media personnel will be contacted prior to the event with confirmation of the credential request. Credentials must be available for review by authorized personal at all times while on the Impact Basketball premises.
Please follow these guidelines when making credential requests' as an accredited news agency:
- Each media outlet is encouraged to make one request for the needs of their organization. Impact Basketball recognizes the names of reporting crews may change the day of event. Please fill out the information as complete as possible and advise Jason Buckner (317 869-7262 or Jason(at)impactbball(dot)com) as changes occur.
- Media outlets must place all requests on news outlet letterhead. Please include the information requested in the box below along with the contact information, name and signature of the news director or editor responsible. Additional pages may be attached as necessary.
- All media personnel must have verifiable editorial assignment from a recognized media outlet to attend and cover the event(s)
- Media access for freelance photographers and/or freelance journalists without editorial assignment will not be granted
- Citizen-journalists, such as bloggers, who lack formal press credentials, must authenticate their status by providing links to their blogs or media outlets. Media credentials will be granted at the discretion of Impact Basketball generally based on the following criteria.
