In this video training series, Lynda.com instructor David Gassner describes installing the AIR Software Developers kit (SDK) on Windows. He gives you the Adobe URL to download it. To do this, you're going to need two software packages. You'll first need to download the AIR SDK from Adobe Systems and install it on your system by extracting the ZIP file. you'll also have to check to ensure you have version 1.42 of the Java Runtime Environment installed on your system to use the command line tools in the SDK.
