ADTX Conducting Several Drawings at NAB

ADTX to Give Away DV MasStors Valued at $1,800 to NAB Attendees (April 13, 2005)

Advanced Technology and Systems Co., Ltd. (ADTX), a leading manufacturer of reliable and affordable high performance computer storage for the video, film and broadcasting industries, announces its plans to give away DV MasStors during the NAB show.

The DV MasStor is a portable DV recorder that allows computer-less digital recording of high quality video using an IEEE 1394 interface. After the footage is recorded, it can be viewed back through the camera or connected to a Macintosh or Windows computer for capture and editing. Using the DV MasStor allows for random access to stored clips as well as noise-less footage searches at as fast as 256 times normal speed or as slow as 1/8 normal speed.

?We will hold drawings twice daily for a DV MasStor valued at $1,800 to help bring attention to ADTXs RAID storage solutions,  says Naresh Chadha, President of International Operations for ADTX,  ?At NAB, ADTX will not only be introducing a couple new RAID systems, but will become the first company to show a sneak peek at the next generation in storage technology.

ADTX will be exhibiting their current SATA RAID products at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) event April 18-21 in Las Vegas. In booth SL4555D, located in the Digital Asset Management Pavilion, ADTX will demonstrate the superior performance of the L Series RAID by displaying live throughput results for high and standard definition video tests. Also, ADTX will use NAB to introduce and display three new RAID systems featuring SCSI interfaces. Additional information is available on the ADTX website at or by calling (949) 583-2993.
