131st AES Convention Posts Lunchtime Keynote Events(September 28, 2011)
"This year's Lunchtime Keynote events will offer attendees options designed to appeal to a wide range of interests," states Convention Chair Jim Anderson. "Our guest speakers run the gamut from mp3 innovator Karlheinz Brandenburg to celebrated jazz bassist Ron Carter and noted broadcast journalist/engineer and futurist Skip Pizzi. Each is guaranteed to provide an information-packed respite from the busy Exhibition Hall and crowded Event Presentations. Attendees are reminded to 'bring their own lunches.'" The 131st AES Convention will be held at NYC's Javits Center October 20-23. Lunchtime Keynotes are set for 1:15 - 2:15PM Fri.-Sun.
