Eizo Nanao Technologies has announced five new Mac-compatible LCD displays. They range in size from 15" to 19.6". The additions include three new 15" flat panels (the FlexScan L330, Digital L351, Digital Hybrid L371) one new 18.1" LCD (the Hybrid FlexScan L671) and the new 19.6" FlexScan L771. All these new LCD displays were designed with the new Eizo Gray bezel and will be available in black as well.
Eizo will also offer three new digital 15" FlexScansthe L330, the L351 and L371. The FlexScan L330 is the company's new entry-level 15". The L371 is digital hybrid LCD with dual connections: DVI-I and a standard mini 15-pin D-sub analog connection. The L351 will be the pure digital successor to the FlexScan L350.
The new 18.1" FlexScan L671 is the digital hybrid replacement for the L661.
The newest edition to the FlexScan family, the L771 19.6" LCD offers true UXGA 1,600 x 1,200 native resolution, color management, dual analog inputs, desktop or freemount compatibility, USB and built-in power supply.
The new digital displays (L351, L371 and L671) require a digital graphics card and a DVI-I or DVI-D cable to use the digital connection. The hybrid models (L371 and L671) can support a digital (DVI-I) connection or can be connected in the same manner as a standard CRT monitor. Pricing was not available at press time.
