Step 7: Add a Null Object to the comp. Position the Null at the Anchor Point position of the first letter of your fish layer.

Step 9: Parent the Null object to the first fish letter layer. Parent the second letter layer to the first letter layer, parent the third letter layer to the second, and so on.
