You probably didn't see this one coming. Autodesk, the parent company of Discreet, says it has entered into an agreement to acquire some of the software currently offered by Media 100. This does not include the Macintosh-based Media 100 i editing system or iFinish. But it does include the entire Cleaner family of products, as well as CineStream and IntroDV and EditDV.
